Q: Where will the brick be placed?
A: The bricks will be placed in a border area along the entrance to the pool area and the recreational
lawn.


Q: Can I pick the spot for my brick?
A: Because there are a variety of sizes of bricks, we will be determining the layout of the bricks based
upon what has been ordered.


Q: Can I make a change to my engraving after I have ordered?
A: Once you have submitted your order, it will not be possible to change it. So please double check that
your brick info is correct.


Q: When will I be charged?
A: Since this is a special order, it will be charged at time of order submission.


Q: Can I get a refund or cancel my order?
A: Once your order has been submitted, it won’t be able to be canceled.


Q: Can I pay by check?

Q: When will you stop taking order for the first installation.
A: Orders placed by July 15th are guaranteed in this year’s installation.


Q: Can I put a picture on the brick?
A: Bricks will be text only.


Q: When does the early bird pricing end?
A: Early bird pricing ends July 1st?


Q: Will my text be centered on the brick?
A: Text will be centered both horizontally and vertically on the brick.


Q: Can I use emojis in my message?
A: Although the screen will allow some emoji’s, your order will be kicked out on the backend. Please do
not use emojis.
